Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

phgames accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
phgames does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. phgames reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.

phgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phgames.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phgames will not sell your personal data to third parties. phgames may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.
phgames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phgames will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
